Refund terms

- the deal is valid for guests staying for three nights; for rooms booked for a longer period, the refund will be made only for the first three nights;
- refund limit — 10,000 loyalty points per trip;
- you may take advantage of this deal no more than twice per calendar month;
- refunds are made for each night of stay;
- the deal is valid if the hotel has vacant rooms and is subject to prior booking;

Terms of use of the certificate
- Only an individual can buy a certificate.
- When buying a certificate, you need to pay 100% of its value.
- The certificate cannot be exchanged for money, returned or renewed. Upon expiration, it becomes invalid.
- Certificates can be summarized.
- If you have lost your certificate, you can restore it by contacting the host.
- The certificate can be used only once, regardless of its face value.
- The certificate can only be used when booking without intermediaries on the official website of the hotel.
- If the cost of services is lower than the face value of the certificate, the balance of funds is not returned.
- If the cost is higher than the face value of the certificate, you need to pay extra to the final cost of the service.
- You can use the certificate if there are free rooms for the desired dates, but no later than the expiration date of the certificate.

How to get there
Estosadok, Krasnaya Polyana Gambling Zone
We are 45 km from Sochi International Airport, a drive of 30–40 minutes. Take the E97 motorway towards Krasnaya Polyana and the Krasnaya Polyana resort. Follow the route for 42 km to the resort of Krasnaya Polyana. You may leave your car on the open unguarded parking lot. Parking fees for guests are charged at the rates of the Krasnaya Polyana resort.
