A good walk to 960 m above sea level is a must. The area has lots of viewpoints, walking trails, recreation areas, as well as ski training slopes and the famed hot baths. We recommend starting the walk from the Pokras Lampas Square. Here you can see an impressive art piece created by the famous calligrapher and take a selfie at the center of the objet d'art made in red, black and white.

The Bonus Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the Hotel) has the following rules for Guests staying with animals.
Domestic and exotic animals, as well as service dogs and guide dogs (hereinafter referred to as an animal, pet) can live in the apart-hotel together with the Guest. Any animal can stay in a hotel room together with a Guest only with the consent of the hotel administration. Without the consent of the hotel administration, the Guest can only stay with a service dog upon presentation of a document confirming that the Guest accompanying the service dog is an employee of the cynological service of the federal executive authority, and a document confirming the special training of the service dog, as well as with a guide dog upon presentation of a document confirming the disability of the visually impaired Guest, and a document confirming the special training of a guide dog.
When checking into an apartment hotel with an animal, the Guest is obliged to familiarize himself with the "Rules of accommodation for guests with animals" and sign a signature confirming consent to comply with these rules.
Accommodation with an animal is allowed in the presence of an international veterinary passport (the form of the passport and the requirements for its registration are established by the Unified Veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) requirements for goods subject to veterinary control (supervision), approved by the Decision of the Customs Union Commission dated June 18, 2010 No. 317), which contains data on the animal itself and about its owner, as well as information about the necessary vaccinations, while the date of rabies vaccination should be at least 30 days and no more than 11 months before arrival.
The owner of the animal must inform the hotel administration in advance (before booking or checking in) of his intention to stay at the hotel with a pet. In this case, the Guest is obliged to provide information about his pet (breed, age, size, weight and other special characteristics) and find out if there are currently any special conditions for his accommodation in the hotel.
To accommodate an animal in a room with a Guest, a tariff is set according to the room category (per animal):
All room categories are available for guests with pets.
The guest must have a special container (cage) for the animal and a mat for his sleep.
To feed the animal, the Guest must bring special dishes with him.
In order to meet the natural needs of the animal, which do not require its walking, the Guest must bring a special tray or other special bedding.
The guest is obliged to take dogs out on the territory of the hotel (entrances, elevators, halls, reception area) only in a muzzle, collar and on a leash.
For daily cleaning and/ or minor repairs in the room, it is recommended to ensure the absence of an animal during the provision of services or work and post an appropriate information sign "Ready for cleaning" on the front door. In the absence of a sign, these services and works will not be carried out. The hotel administration has the right not to carry out cleaning and technical measures in the room if the animal is not placed in a cage and/or has visible signs of illness.
If there are visible signs of an animal disease, the administration has the right to refuse to check in a guest.
Leaving the animal unattended in the room, the Guest is recommended to place it in a special container (cage), which should be notified to the hotel staff.
It is forbidden to walk an animal on sports facilities, playgrounds and lawns adjacent to the building(s) of the hotel.
It is forbidden to feed and water an animal from dishes belonging to the hotel.
It is forbidden to wash the animal in the shower cabin, in the bathroom or in the sink of the room, to use towels, sheets and other bedding belonging to the hotel in relation to the animal.
It is forbidden to place an animal for sleeping and relaxing on beds, sofas, upholstered furniture.
It is forbidden to comb, cut (shave and pluck) the hair, as well as cut the nails of animals in the room.
It is forbidden to leave an animal in the room unattended outside a special container (cage).
It is prohibited to visit public catering facilities and public areas intended for recreation, sports, children's play areas and similar specialized public areas with an animal.
It is forbidden to throw animal waste products into the sewer, wash the dishes of the animal in the dishwasher, as well as its cages /bedding in the bathroom / shower.
The pet owner fully assumes all responsibility related to ensuring the proper maintenance of the animal in the room stock during the stay at the hotel.
The pet owner bears all costs associated with the damage and/or destruction of the property of the hotel by the animal. In case of damage to the animals of the apart-hotel, the Guest is obliged to compensate the losses in full by depositing additional funds in the amount necessary to cover the losses.
All risks associated with the behavior of a pet during its stay at the hotel, which may entail damage to the property of third parties from among the Guests and/or employees of the hotel, as well as harm to the health of the latter, are also borne by the owner of the animal.
On the day of arrival at the hotel with an animal, the Guest undertakes to provide a Security deposit in the amount of 5,000 rubles to the Guest Service and Accommodation Service as a guarantee of payment for possible damage caused to animals during their stay at the hotel.
At the time of departure, the Guest undertakes to "hand over" the hotel room to the Administrator of the Guest Service. If any damage is caused to the hotel (hotel room), the administrator of the Guest Service and Accommodation Service draws up an Act of damage to the property indicating the value of this property in accordance with the price list.
In the absence of damage, the Guest Service and Accommodation Service returns the deposit to the Guest in full. The hotel reserves the right to terminate the agreement with a Guest staying with an animal at the hotel in the event of:
