The apart-hotel consists of 96 modern and cozy apartments of various categories. Each room is equipped with a separate kitchen and seating area.

In some rooms, guests are greeted by the voice assistant Alice.

A TV with satellite channels, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, cutlery, a set of dishes, ironing facilities and a kettle are included.

Within walking distance from the hotel there are a casino, restaurants and cafes, a cinema, a water park and a shopping and entertainment center, a cable car, sports and playgrounds, parking, a skate park, and pharmacies.

Price of accommodation with pets:

  • Single-room apartment: RUB 1,000.
  • Double-room apartment: RUB 1,500.
  • Lump-sum security deposit: RUB 5,000.

Children aged seven or younger may stay at the apart-hotel with their parents at no extra charge. If requested, we will provide the following items free of charge: cot for kids aged three or less, high chair, steps and potty.

Choose to stay at Bonus Apart-Hotel and get bonuses. We offer a special parking price to guests travelling by car. A large covered parking area is located within walking distance off the hotel.

For a rich new experience, visit the Sochi Casino, the Boomerang Casino and the Bonus Slots slot machine hall with celeb concerts, entertainment programmes and spectacular shows. These venues offer free admission for 18+ audiences.

All apart-hotel guests may use the cable lift at Krasnaya Polyana Resort to reach the +960 m station at no charge. This service is included in the price of your stay and you can enjoy unlimited rides up and down. Such a bargain!

As you take the cable lift up, you will savor the breathtaking views of the mountains and the surrounding area. At Krasnaya Polyana Resort, cable lifts operate in both winter and summer (except for a short routine maintenance period in autumn).

A good walk to 960 m above sea level is a must. The area has lots of viewpoints, walking trails, recreation areas, as well as ski training slopes and the famed hot baths. We recommend starting the walk from the Pokras Lampas Square. Here you can see an impressive art piece created by the famous calligrapher and take a selfie at the center of the objet d'art made in red, black and white.

The hotel has 96 cozy, modern-style apartments of different categories. Each apartment has an individual kitchen and seating area. Amenities include a satellite TV, cooking stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, tableware, dining set, ironing accessories and a kettle.

Extra services available to guests: ski gear drying room and luggage room. These services are provided at no extra charge.

Each guest of Krasnaya Polyana Gaming Zone receives a guest card and becomes a member of the loyalty programme. Bonus Apart-Hotel joined the loyalty programme this year so guests of the Gaming Zone can now get a discount if they choose to stay at our hotel. Only those over 18 years of age may be members of the loyalty programme. Please see a receptionist for more information.

Guests will be charged a resort fee of RUB 50.00/night per person, except for the first night of stay.

  1. All guests must show their passports when checking in

  3. Children below the age of 18 who are not accompanied by parents must show a letter of parental consent for the child to stay accompanied by a third person

  4. Foreigners must carry and show the following documents when checking in: foreign citizen's passport, immigration card and visa (if required for their country).

When checking in, you will be asked to pay a room security deposit of RUB 5,000 in cash or by bank card; we will return the deposit when you check out once we have checked the room. It may take up to 30 calendar days for the deposit to reach your payment card.

The Bonus Hotel (the Hotel) Rules for accommodation of Guests with animals are as follows.

General terms

  1. Guests may stay at the Hotel together with their domestic or exotic animals, as well as service dogs and guide dogs (the “animal” or “pet”). Any animal may only stay in a Hotel room with the Guest with consent of the Hotel management unless: 1) the animal is a service dog and the Guest can produce a document confirming that they are employed by a federal executive agency canine service and a document confirming the service dog’s special qualifications or 2) in the case of a guide dog, the Guest can produce a document confirming that they are permanent visually challenged and a document confirming that the guide dog has completed a special training course.

  2. When checking into the Hotel with animals, Guests must read these Accommodation Rules for Guests with Animals and sign that they understand and agree to abide by them.

  3. Accommodation with animals is permitted if the Guest can show an international veterinary certificate / pet passport. The format of such a passport and applicable execution requirements are established in the Unified Veterinary and Sanitary Requirements Applicable to Goods Subject to Veterinary Control (Supervision), approved by Customs Union Commission Resolution No. 317 dated 18 June 2010. The certificate must contain information about the animal and its owner, as well as about vaccinations required and administered; the animal must have received its last rabies shot at least 30 days and no more than 12 months prior to check-in.

  4. The animal’s owner must notify the Hotel management well in advance of their intention to stay at the Hotel with their pet (prior to booking or checking in). The Guest must provide information about their pet (breed, age, size, weight and any other special details) and ask whether the Hotel has any current special considerations for accommodating such a pet.

  5. The Hotel suggests the following prices for accommodation of animals in the same room with Guests, depending on the room category (prices are specified per animal):

  • Apartments (1 bedroom, R1) — RUB 1,000
  • Apartments (2 bedrooms, R2) — RUB 1,500
  • Apartments (4 bedrooms, R4) — RUB 3,000
  1. Rooms of all categories are available for accommodating Guests with animals.

Animal owner’s responsibilities

  1. The Guest must bring with them a special pet container (cage) and a special sleeping mat.
  2. The Guest must bring feeding dishes.
  3. The Guest must bring a litter box or other special litter mats for animals that do not require time outside.
  4. The Guest must always use a muzzle, collar and dog-lead when walking their dog.
  5. For daily housekeeping and/or routine maintenance, we kindly suggest that Guests remove their pets from the room during the service and place the “Please clean the room” hanger on the doorknob. Otherwise, housekeeping or maintenance services will not be provided. The Hotel management may not provide any housekeeping or maintenance services if the animal is not in its cage and/or appears to be sick. The Guest may be denied accommodation with a pet if it is showing obvious signs of illness.
  6. When leaving the animal in the room unattended, the Guest should place the pet in the special container (cage) and let the Hotel staff know.

Restrictions for Guests staying at the Hotel with animals

  1. Please do not walk your pet at the sports venues, children’s playgrounds or on the green lawns adjacent to the Hotel building(s).
  2. Please do not feed your pet from Hotel dishes.
  3. Please do not wash your pet in the shower or bath in your room, or use the towels, bed sheets and other bedding items provided by the Hotel to care for the animal.
  4. Please do not let your pet rest or sleep on the beds, sofas and soft furnishings.
  5. Please do not comb or groom (trim or pluck) the pet’s hair or cut the pet’s nails in the room.
  6. When you leave your pet in the room unattended, please place the pet in the special container (cage).
  7. Please do not take your pet to dining facilities and public areas intended for recreation or sports, or to children’s play spaces and other similar public venues.
  8. Please do not dispose of the pet’s litter in the toilet, wash the pet’s dishes in the dishwasher, or wash the cage/sleep mat in the bath or shower.

Responsibilities of the Guest

  1. The pet’s owner is fully and personally responsible for keeping and properly caring for the pet in the room throughout their time at the Hotel.
  2. The pet’s owner is liable for the full cost of Hotel property damaged and/or destroyed by the pet. If the pet causes any such damage, the Guest will make reimbursement for such damage in full by paying the extra charge required to cover the loss.
  3. The pet’s owner will also bear all the risks relating to the pet’s behavior during its stay at the Hotel that might result in any damage to the property of third parties, including other Guests and/or Hotel staff, as well as any bodily injury to such persons.

Payment and return of the security deposit

  1. On checking in with the animal, the Guest must leave a security deposit of 5,000 RUB at Reception to guarantee compensation for any possible damage the animal might cause during the Guest’s stay at the Hotel.
  2. When checking out, the Guest must present the room for inspection by the Reception officer. If any damage has been caused to the Hotel (Hotel room), the Reception officer will produce a Property Damage Report stating the value of the property as per the approved price list.
  3. If there is no damage, the Reception office will return the security deposit to the Guest in full. The Hotel reserves a right to deny the Guest further accommodation at the Hotel with an animal if:
  • the pet is aggressive,
  • The pet’s behavior is inappropriate or loud.

We are 45 km from Sochi International Airport, a drive of 30–40 minutes. Take the E97 motorway towards Krasnaya Polyana and the Krasnaya Polyana resort. Follow the route for 42 km to the resort of Krasnaya Polyana. You may leave your car on the open unguarded parking lot. Parking fees for guests are charged at the rates of the Krasnaya Polyana resort.
