Payment
You can pay for your reservation using any bank card issued in Russia, as well as a Mir card issued under an agreement with JSC NSDC in some CIS countries. Please note that payments made using SBP, Yandex Pay, and SberPay are not included in the cashback promotion.
The minimum reservation amount is 10,000 rubles, and the maximum cashback amount is unlimited.
The cashback will be returned to your card after the 15th day of the month following the month of your stay.
Cashback is only paid for bookings that have been prepaid 100% and have not been canceled.
Conditions
Conditions for receiving cashback when making changes to a reservation:
- if the modified reservation does not meet the conditions of the promotion, the cashback will be canceled;
- if the cashback was canceled when the reservation was modified, the cashback will not be restored or recalculated in the new modified reservation, even if the modified reservation meets the conditions of the promotion;
- if a reservation with cashback was canceled and then restored, the cashback will not be restored;
- if the cashback has been paid, further changes, including cancellation and restoration of the reservation, will not cause a recalculation or cancellation of the cashback.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
You can find out about the availability of rooms and book on the official website of the hotel.
When booking a room through the hotel website, write in the comments to the booking:
“I ask you to set off the current certificate № <certificate number> when checking in.” To use the certificate, present it to the administrator upon check-in.
Validity: until December 31, 2026 inclusive. Certificates in denominations: 1,000, 5,000, 10,000, 15,000 rubles.
Terms of use of the certificate
- Only an individual can buy a certificate.
- When buying a certificate, you need to pay 100% of its value.
- The certificate cannot be exchanged for money, returned or renewed. Upon expiration, it becomes invalid.
- Certificates can be summarized.
- If you have lost your certificate, you can restore it by contacting the host.
- The certificate can be used only once, regardless of its face value.
- The certificate can only be used when booking without intermediaries on the official website of the hotel.
- If the cost of services is lower than the face value of the certificate, the balance of funds is not returned.
- If the cost is higher than the face value of the certificate, you need to pay extra to the final cost of the service.
- You can use the certificate if there are free rooms for the desired dates, but no later than the expiration date of the certificate.

We are 45 km from Sochi International Airport, a drive of 30–40 minutes. Take the E97 motorway towards Krasnaya Polyana and the Krasnaya Polyana resort. Follow the route for 42 km to the resort of Krasnaya Polyana. You may leave your car on the open unguarded parking lot. Parking fees for guests are charged at the rates of the Krasnaya Polyana resort.
